PreHeat oven to 180 degrees

Mix all the dry ingredient together and slowly mix in the wet. Combine until you have a smooth batter

Oil the loaf tin and line with baking paper

Pour in the batter and cook for 30 mins. Pop in a skewer, if it comes out clean the cake is cooked. If not keep putting back in for five mins at a time until ready.
