Step 1
1. In a large bowl, add flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, and salt. Whisk well until combined.

2. In a blender, add baked sweet potato and 1/4 cup of milk to make a sweet potato purée.
Step 3
3. Once smooth, add egg, brown sugar, and 1 cup of milk. Blend again into well combined.

4. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix well until fully incorporated.
Step 5
5. Heat oil over medium high in a large skillet. Add funnel cake batter to the skillet and fry on both sides for 2-3 minutes.
Step 6
6. Remove from the oil and top with cinnamon sugar.
Step 7
7. Drizzle maple glaze on top and garnish with marshmallow fluff and a candied pecan.
