Instructions

Step 1
Melt the butter and chocolate either in the microwave in short batches or in a saucepan over low heat.
Step 2
Stir in the sugar until it is mixed into the set.
Step 3
Add the espresso powder.
Step 4
Mix the eggs one at a time with the dough.
Step 5
Strain the cocoa powder and wheat flour and mix so that the dough is smooth.
Step 6
Preheat the oven to 175 degrees.
Step 7
Pour the dough into a pan lined with baking paper and bake in the middle of the oven for about 20 minutes. Note. In my own oven, I needed 30 minutes of baking time, but in my parents ’oven only 15 minutes. Very oven dependent then. The main thing is that you don't get overfried. Take the brownies out of the oven while they are still very soft in the middle.
Step 8
Remove from the oven and leave to cool in the pan for about half an hour. This way, the brownies continue to fry a little more even after the oven.
Step 9
Serve warm or cooled. When cooled, the brownies stay together, while when warm they are still a little flowing
Step 10
Best of course with ice cream and raspberries
