Instructions

Step 1
Crush oreo cookies or run through a food processer to turn into crumbs. Pour in melted butter and stir. Press into a lined 6 inch spring form pan, or foil lined 6 inch baking pan, and set aside in the refridgerator for at least 30 minutes.
Step 2
Add cream cheese and powdered sugar to a bowl and whip until smooth. Add Baileys, white chocolate, and dark chocolate until combined. Fold in whipped cream with a rubber spatula.
Step 3
Pour the filling into the chilled crust, cover with plastic, and refridgerate for 8 hours to overnight.
Step 4
Once set, relsease from spring form pan or lift out of regular pan and decorate as desired with ganache and whipped cream. Keep chilled until time to serve.
