Instructions

Step 1
Ensure chicken wings are dry. If not, pat dry with paper towel.
Step 2
Double line 2 small baking sheets with foil. (Use the baking sheets that fit 2 on one rack in the oven.) Add 3 Tbsp of butter in dollops on each baking sheet. Place them in the oven.
Step 3
Preheat oven to 425°F. Butter will have a chance to melt and start to bubble.
Step 4
In a zipper bag, combine flour and seasoning. Place half the chicken wings in the bag and cover completely.
Step 5
Remove 1 baking sheet from oven and place dredged chicken wings on sheet, spacing evenly. Place baking sheet back in the oven.
Step 6
Place 2nd half of chicken wings in zipper bag and shake to coat completely. Remove 2nd baking sheet from oven and place remaining chicken wings on sheet. Return to oven.
Step 7
Bake 30 minutes, flip over, and bake an additional 15 minutes.
Step 8
Serve with celery and carrot sticks and creamy dressing, or salad.
