Instructions

Step 1
Whisk together the apricot preserves, Sriracha, vinegar, 1/2 teaspoon salt, & 1/2 teaspoon black pepper in a bowl.
Step 2
Put the brussel sprouts, the oil, the remaining salt and pepper into another bowl and toss to coat. Put the sprouts into the frying basket. Set the air fryer to 400° and cook until the sprouts are tender 15 to 17 minutes. Shaking the basket every 5 minutes. Pierce the sprouts with a knife to test for doneness. They should be tender, but not soft. Put them in a bowl with the sauce and toss them to coat.
