Step 1
Step 1. Blend soaked walnuts and chili oil in a food processor for 1-2 minutes. (Do not over mix to keep a meaty texture with the Walnuts)

Step 2. Add 2 tbsp of olive oil to a pan and cook walnuts blend, with Worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika, salt, ground black pepper, and garlic powder on medium heat. Cook for 4-5 minutes or until the crumbles start to brown.

Step 3. Using Egg Roll wrappers, add walnut crumbles, dill relish, cooked onions, and shredded cheese to one corner of the wrapper. Roll the wrapper and seal the ends with water.

Step 4. Fry or Air-Fry the rolls (air fryer - 12 minutes at 390, turning halfway).
