Cracker Pie
Easy pie using crackers instead of pie crust. The crackers add a nice salty crunch to contrast the sweet vanilla pudding.
Triple the recipe to fit a 9x13 pan.

Instructions
Step 1
Bring milk to a boil
Step 2
Beat eggs well, add sugar then beat well again. Add to milk on stove.
Step 3
Add remaining ingredients (except crackers) and mix. Bring to a boil again then remove from stove
Step 4
Fill bottom of pan with layer of crackers, then cover with half the pudding mix. Add another layer of crackers, then pour remaining pudding over. Top with crushed crackers
