Step 1
1. Combine the ingredients together. Pour 1/4C marinade over the salmon - in a large plastic bag. Seal bag and turn to coat. Refrigerate for 30 minutes. Refrigerate the remaining marinade. 2. Drain slamon, discarding the marinade. Using long-handled tongs, moisten some paper towel with cooking oil and light coat the grill rack. Place slamon skin side down on grill rack. Grill, covered over high heat or broil 3-4 inches from the heat for 5-10 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork, basting occasionally with remaining marinade.
