Instructions
Step 1
Blend 2 eggs and 1 tbsp veg oil in a bowl. Add matzo ball mix and stir until evenly combined.
Step 2
Refrigerate for 10 minutes.
Step 3
Add soup mix to 2.5 quarts boiling water and bring to boil.
Step 4
Wet hands and form batter into balls 1-inch in diameter.
Step 5
Place balls into boiling soup. Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes, turning balls occasionally to ensure even cooking. Matzo balls will increase in size while cooking.
