Step 1

Mix all ingredients but evaporated milk, with mixer.
Step 4
Add evaporated milk and blend.
Step 5
Pour into unbaked pie crust.
Step 6
Bake for 15 minutes, then reduce temperature to 350⁰ for 30-40 minutes, or into knife inserted in center comes out clean.
