Instructions
To make the tart shell
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.

In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, salt, and powdered sugar.

Throw in the butter and cut it into the flour mixture until it reaches a sandy consistency.
Step 4
Mix in the ice cold water until the dough comes together.
Step 5
Wrap up the dough and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before using!

Once the dough is chilled - roll it out, place your pan on top, and cut a circle of dough around it including ~1 inch extra.

Place the dough into your pan, gently lifting and lining the dough into the pan. Clean up the edges and optionally crimp!

Dock the dough with a fork, egg wash it, and pop it into the oven for 25 minutes.
Step 9
Let completely cool before filling!
To make the mango mascrapone cream
Step 10
In a blender, throw in all the ingredients and blend until fluffy and smooth.
To assemble!
Step 11
Pour and smooth the filling into the tart shell.
Step 12
Decorate however you like!
