Instructions

Step 1
-Preheat over to 350 F

-Line loaf pan with parchment paper. If you don’t have parchment paper you’re kinda SOL, get some at the dollar tree
Step 3
-Sift flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt together in a large bowl. (Or just mix with a fork to get clumps out)
Step 4
-In a separate bowl, cream eggs and sugar until fluffy. Drizzle oil in slowly. Add the bananas, sour cream, and vanilla. Barely mix this! Just combine until smooth and bananas are broken up
Step 5
-Fold wet ingredients into dry ingredients. Do not over mix!
Step 6
-Pour into pan and bake for 45 minutes to an hour. Sprinkle nuts or seeds on top.
Step 7
-Optional, add a quarter cup of dark chocolate chunks because why not. You also add a couple shots of bourbon to the mixture for some adult fun.
