Lemon loaf
Better than Starbucks lemon loaf. It’s lemony, moist and so rich. Definitely give this recipe a try you’re going to love it.

1 cupsugar

2 tablespoonslemon zest

3eggs

1 cupgreek yogurt

½ cupvegetable oil

3 tablespoonslemon juice

1 teaspoonvanilla extract

1 teaspoonlemon extract

2 teaspoonsbaking powder

1 ½ cupsflour

Instructions
Step 1
1. Preheat your oven to 350°
Step 2
2. In a large mixing bowl mix together sugar, lemon zest and rub both together until fragrant.
Step 3
3. Next add in the eggs, oil, yogurt and mix for about a minute.
Step 4
4. Next add in the lemon juice, lemon extract, vanilla extract and mix again.
Step 5
5. Lastly add in the flour and baking powder mix until you have a smooth batter.
Step 6
6. Pour the batter into a lined loaf pan and bake for 45 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. Once it comes out of the oven let the loaf cool down for about 10 minutes.
Step 7
7. Next make the glaze by combining together the powdered sugar, lemon juice and heavy cream until smooth.
Step 8
8. Spread the glaze over the lemon loaf and enjoy the most delicious and moist lemon loaf.
