Instructions
Step 1
Add butter to pan on medium heat
Step 2
When melted, add apple chunks, cover with sugar and cinnamon
Step 3
Cook until soft and transfer to baking dish
Step 4
Mix together flour, sugar, butter, walnuts, lemon zest and honey to form crumble
Step 5
Spread on baking tray and bake at 180C until golden
Step 6
Break up into small pieces
Step 7
Cover apple mixture with crumble and bake for another 20 mins at 180C
