Instructions

Put all the fruit in a pan and add sugar to taste (not as much as you would for jam but more than you would put in tea)

Cover the fruit with water and turn gas on low heat. Let simmer away for about 20 mins

Drain the water through a sieve into a jug and crush the fruit through to get all the flavours out.
