Step 1
Instructions In a large bowl or stand mixer, add the cream cheese and mix until smooth.

Add the next 6 ingredients to the bowl and mix until everything is incorporated.
Step 3
Ladle the cream cheese mixture onto some foil or saran wrap.
Step 4
Fold in the sides of the foil/saran wrap and form into a ball.
Step 5
Once it's in a ball make sure to cover the ball completely.
Step 6
Place in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
Step 7
Using your hands, press the crushed almonds all around the cream cheese ball.
Step 8
Pressing the almonds in so they will stick.
Step 9
Serve & Enjoy!
