Add the butter and plain flour to a food processor and blitz until the mixture resembles a sand like texture

Pour the mixture into a bowl and add the oats and sugar and mix to combine. Add 2tbsps of water then chill in the fridge till needed.

Heat oven to 200C/180C fan/gas 6

Put all the plums halved and stoned into a sauce pan until they are soft and start to turn mushy.

Add the plum to a bowl then add the crumble mixture on top and cook for 50 minutes
