For the mozzarella-bacon fries
Instructions
Regular Fries
Step 1
Prepare and rinse potatoes before cutting.
Step 2
Slice 5 - 8 potatoes vertically and then horizontally to create even fry shapes.

Step 3
After cutting potatoes, place sliced pieces into a large bowl and rinse with cold water to rid of excess potato starch.

Step 4
Once the potatoes are fully rinsed and drained, add olive oil to the cut potatoes and mix evenly.


Step 5
Season potatoes — to taste — with seasoning salt, pepper, and iodized salt.




Step 6
Preheat air fryer to 400°f (approximately 200°c) .

Step 7
Place seasoned potatoes inside the air fryer basket evenly dispersed to avoid any raw/burnt fries.




To make the Mozzarella-bacon fries.
Step 8
To your cooked fries, add mozzarella cheese and chopped bits of cooked bacon. (Pre-bought or cooked)



Step 9
Preheat air fryer to 350°f (approximately 180°c) or use microwave. For microwave oven: 2 minutes cooking time. For air fryer: 350°f (180°c) for 2 minutes.





Step 10
Once the cheese and bacon have melted together on the fries, remove from device and top with sour cream and chives.
