Instructions

Step 1
Cook California Blend vegetable mix and potatoes in water until tender. Drain and mash vegetables. Add matzoh meal, eggs, and spices. Mix well.
Step 2
Form into patties. Fry on both sides in hot oil until golden brown.
Step 3
To bake instead of frying: Add 1 tbsp oil to mixture Line Pattie’s on sheet pan and refrigerate for 20-30 minutes. Spray patties with canola oil and bake for 30 minutes on 425 flipping halfway through and spraying the second side. Bake for another 5 minutes on 475 to crisp up.
