Instructions
Step 1
Boil potatoes (with skin) in one pot, boil mixed veggies in another, and boil egg in another.
Step 2
Allow for potatoes to cool until warm, then peel and chop potatoes into small cubed pieces.
Step 3
Add 2 or 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise (to your liking)
Step 4
Chop up beetroot into tiny pieces, then add to bowl.
Step 5
Add tablespoon of pickled vegetables (chow chow).
Step 6
Pour in cooked mixed vegetables and stir altogether.
Step 7
Pour onto a dish and create a mounted shape, while smoothing out the top.
Step 8
Add 1 teaspoon of mayonnaise on top of mount and spread across
Step 9
Grate boiled egg all over
