Instructions
Step 1
Soak eggs in warm water for 3 minutes
Step 2
Beat eggs and sugar in a bowl together until airy
Step 3
Add salt and vanilla into egg and sugar mix and beat until sugar is more dissolved (total time between step 2 and 3 should be 20 minutes of mixing)
Step 4
Mix cocoa and vegetable oil in separate bowl
Step 5
Combine the cocoa mixture to the sugar mixture
Step 6
Gradually add flour
Step 7
Grease 8x8 pan with oil and pour mixture
Step 8
Bake for 28-30 minutes at 170 C or 338 F
Step 9
Wait until cooled before cutting
