2 lbschicken wings
tajin seasoning
bbq rub
your fave
½ cupchamoy
valentina hot sauce
to taste
honey
to taste, optional
beer
cilantro
for garnish
Mango Salsa
Instructions
Step 1
Place wings in a resealable bag and pour enough beer to cover the wings. Marinade for 2 hours or overnight. Remove wings and discard marinade.
Pre heat @pitbossgrills to 350 F.
Step 2
Season wings and grill until 165 F internal.
Step 3
Meanwhile, in a bowl mix to combine Chamoy and Valentina Hot Sauce (honey if using).
Step 4
Transfer the wings to a bowl and toss with Chamoy sauce. Garnish with Tajin, Mango Salsa, and cilantro.
