Instructions
Step 1
In a medium sized bowl cream together butter, lemon juice, white sugar, and powdered sugar until light and fluffy.
Step 2
Mix in lavender.
Step 3
In a separate bowl combine the flour, cornstarch, and salt. Then gradually fold into the creamed butter mixture until well mixed.
Step 4
Divide dough into two equal sized balls, wrap them in plastic wrap, and flatten to about one inch thick. Place into refrigerator for about 1 hour, until firm.
Step 5
Preheat oven to 325 degrees
Step 6
Lightly flour working surface, roll dough out to approximately 1/4 inch thick. Cut/stamp dough into desired shapes and place onto cookie sheet.
Step 7
Bake 16-18 minutes in oven, until cookies are slightly brown on the edges.
Step 8
Cool slightly before removing from cookie sheet.
