Instructions
Step 1
First, melt the chocolate and coconut oil in a water bath and set aside.
Step 2
In a large bowl, whisk the eggs and sugar until frothy, add the cocoa, milk, Greek yoghurt and finally slowly add the melted chocolate.
Step 3
Using a spatula, lightly fold in the almond flour (but really just enough to combine all the ingredients) and pour into a 20x20cm tin.
Step 4
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 30 minutes (insert a wooden toothpick near the center of the cake. If the toothpick comes out clean, the cake is done).
