For the 'buttercream'
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 170 and line a loaf tin.
Step 2
Combine the wet ingredients + sugar.
Step 3
Gently mix in the dry ingredients until just combined (do not overmix)
Step 4
Fold in the chopped nuts.
Step 5
Bake for 20 - 25 minutes until golden.
