¼ tspsalt
¼ tsppepper
½ tspchilli flakes
0.25red bell pepper
5sugar snap peas
2 Tbspteriyaki sauce

Instructions
Shrimps and veggies
Step 1
Heat the olive oil in the pan. Leave the heat on high. Add the prawns and fry 30sec each side.
Step 2
Add the garlic and fry for another 30sec. Then add the bell pepper and sugar snap peas and fry for 1 more minute.
Step 3
Pure in the teriyaki sauce and fry for another minute.
Sandwich
Step 4
Place the shrimps and vegetables on one toast slice. Stack the other half on top.
Step 5
Crackt the egg into a bowl. Pure in the milk. Whisk until well combined.
Step 6
Crumble the instant noodles. Add the spices and mix well.
Step 7
First soak the toast in the egg mixture and then in the crumbled instant noodles.
Step 8
Heat the oil in a small pot. Leave the heat on high. Add the toast. Deepfry for 3minutes.
