Instructions
Step 1
1. Prepare protein of choice into sliced proportions
Step 2
Combine ingredients listed under sauce mix and reserve
Step 3
In a large pan add oil and cook protein until fully cooked and remove
Step 4
Wipe down pan and re oil
Step 5
Add garlic, cook until fragrant and add eggs and scramble
Step 6
Add Chinese broccoli, the rice noodle, the sauce mix and gently toss or mix until well incorporated
Step 7
Once seared and caramelized (you want a slight burn) taste for seasoning.
