Step 1
Start by mixing all the ingredients together, starting with the mayo and sour cream, and follow with the herbs and salt, pepper and aromatics.
Step 2
Adjust the consistency with milk, making it a little runnier than it is at that point
Step 3
Cover with cling film and place in the fridge for at least 3 hours and up to overnight. This will let the dried ingredients rehydrate and flavour the sauce further. Enjoy!
