Instructions

Step 1
Wash pumpkin leave skin on and cut into thin wedges. Put wedges in a bowl with oil and tarragon and salt. Place in a layer on a baking sheet and cook in overn for 10-15 mins. 250°c. Salsa. Cut toms into quarters. Cut peppers mix all salsa ingreds together. Serve by arranging pumpkin and spoon the salsa on top.
