Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Line a muffin tray.
Sift the flour, flaxseed and protein into a mixing bowl and add the sugar, baking soda, baking powder, and cinnamon.
Add the pumpkin purée, vanilla, melted coconut oil and apple cider vinegar to the mixing bowl.
Mix together with a spoon until just combined.
Fold in the choc chips.
Divide the batter evenly amongst the muffin cases.
Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes
