Scalloped Potatoes

5 steps
Prep:20minCook:45min
Creamy, & perfectly indulgent, scalloped potatoes are a classic for good reason. While cooking, potatoes’ starch thickens cream into a luscious sauce while top becomes golden. Allowing the casserole to rest for 10 min. before serving makes it easier to slice.
