Step 1
Heat oven to 425 degs. Prepare pastry
Step 2
Mix sugar and flour in large bowl. Stir in blueberries, turn into pastry-lined pie plate. Sprinkle with lemon juice, dot with butter.
Step 3
Cover with top pastry, seal and flute. Cut slits on top to vent
Step 4
cover edge with 2-3 inch strip foil to prevent burning. Remove foil during the last 15 mins of baking
Step 5
Bake 35-45 minutes or till crust is brown and juice begins to bubble through slits. Cool.
