4 x 8 ouncewild salmon
portions, skin on, pin bones removed

kosher salt

1 bunchTuscan kale
large, stems removed, leaves torn into bite-size pieces

4garlic cloves
large, minced

1 tablespoonhoney

1lime
grated zest and juice of, large
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees f
Salmon
Step 2
Mix spices in small bowl
Step 3
Grease sheet pan with 1 tablespoon of olive oil
Step 4
Place salmon skin down, salt to taste, and drizzle 2 tablespoons of olive oil
Step 5
Sift even layer of spice mix over salmon
Kale
Step 6
Massage kale with 3 tablespoons of olive oil and minced garlic
Step 7
Arrange kale around salmon on sheet
Cook
Step 8
Place sheet on lower-middle rack for 15 to 20 minutes (well-done)
Step 9
Remove sheet and drizzle honey, lime zest and juice
