Instructions
Step 1
1) Pat chicken dry. In a small bowl, stir together paprika, cumin, coriander, onion powder, garlic powder, 1 tbsp kosher salt, and 1 tsp ground black pepper. Rub mixture all over chicken thighs. Divide chicken between two Suvie pans. Place pans in Suvie. Input settings and cook now or schedule.
Step 2
Top Zone Roast at 400°F for 25 minutes
Step 3
2) Remove chicken from Suvie and transfer to a serving platter. Garnish with herbs and serve with lemon wedges.
