Instructions

Step 1
Saute onions in olive oil until golden. Add all vegetables to Instant Pot and cover with broth. Put chicken on top. Pressure cook for 10 minutes.
Step 2
Put coconut milk and flour in a bleder and blend for a couple seconds. Set Instant Pot on saute. Add to coconut milk and flour mixture to vegetables and stir until it thickens. Serve hot.
