Instant Pot Creamy Chicken Noodle Soup

So good love the creamyness of it flavor spot on.

I skipped making a roux and just added heavy cream to the pot, and increased spices. Absolutely delicious comfort food!

10/10 from my husband. Though it was definitely thick even with 6 cups of chicken broth and then 1 additional cup at the end. I would consider boiling the noodles apart from the instapot since I’m guessing the raw noodles absorbed a lot of that broth. I used breast (cut in half lengthwise), not thighs. I used linguine noodles which were good but I also think it would be fun to experiment with other kinds. This meal took a long time to make though, to be honest. I’ll only make again if I have someone to help me.

This was good. Followed comments and added 2 additional cups of broth. I also used dry pasta instead of frozen, about 4 or 4.5 cups and frozen peas and carrots. Dano’s on the chicken after shredding and a block of cream cheese. It’s thick and creamy and very good. Kids loved it.

Excellent recipe! My 9 year old even ate it.. came back for seconds! I did add a little more chick broth after reading reviews and it came out perfect! So good! Will make again!

Turned out really great! Probably could do with another cup or 2 of stock since it was a bit thick for a soup, but tasted fantastic. I added some thyme as well.

Not enough broth… more like a creamy pasta than a soup

I also added cream cheese and used salt free seasoning as my husband is lost and it was yummy. Will definitely make again.
