Instructions
Step 1
Dredge chicken lightly in flour.
Step 2
In a large nonstick skillet, heat oil over medium heat.
Step 3
Add chicken and saute over medium heat until cooked through, about 4 minutes on each side.
Step 4
Then transfer chicken to a heated plate.
Step 5
Combine prunes, shallot, mustard, juice, stock, and basil in the skillet and stir to combine well.
Step 6
Increase the heat to high and boil the sauce, stirring and scraping up pieces from the bottom of the pan, until it is reduced by half, about 3 minutes.
Step 7
Spoon sauce over chicken and serve hot.
