Instructions

Step 1
Wash and peel potatoes. Cut the ends off the potatoes and cut into about half-inch thick pieces. Between two skewers cut straight lines into the potato, the skewers should make sure you don't cut all the way through. Flip the potato over and cut diagonally now, between the skewers so as not to cut all the way through. You should have accordion cut potatoes now. OPTIONAL; soak the potatoes in water for a few hours so they are extra crispy. Next, melt the butter and add the spices to the butter and mix. Apply the butter mixture to the potatoes and bake for about 25 minutes at 350°F.
