Seasoned Mashed Potatoes
This recipe was given to me by my mother. It is hands down my all-time favorite mashed potato recipe.

Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Peel potatoes. Cook and mash. Use a hand mixer to combine all ingredients until smooth. Start with 1/2 tsp each of the salts and add more to taste. Transfer potato mixture to an oven safe casserole dish. Dot the top of the potatoes with butter. Bake for 30 minutes.
