Step 1
In the bowl of your stand mixer measure out the flour and salt. Stirring to combine. Either chop the cold butter into 16 half tablespoon size pieces, or grate. Add the butter to the flour and salt mixture.

Using the whisk attachment, mix on low to incorporate the butter into the flour. The butter flour mixture should be crumbly and loose
Step 3
In a one cup measuring cup, beat together the egg, vinegar and water. With the mixer running on low, slowly pour the egg mixture and continue to mix until combined
Step 4
Turn the dough out onto a clean floured surface and divide into two equal pieces. Shape each piece into a ball, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate at least 30 minutes before rolling out

Roll out to fit a 9 inch pie dish with a floured surface and floured rolling pin. With second dough, roll out and create designs for topping your pie! Fill with desired ingredients and bake until golden brown!
