I love fried sweet plantains. I like air frying as well to cut back on oil. Especially since I use oils like grape seed and avocado (on the pricy side).

Instructions
Step 1
Preheat air fryer to 380 degrees.
Air FryerPreheat
Step 2
Cut plantains small and diagonally.
Step 3
Lightly grease air fryer with oil.
Step 4
Season plantains with a little salt ( I use pink Himalayan salt)
Step 5
Add a lil oil to plantains then put in air-fryer for 11 minutes.
Step 6
Flip half way. Enjoy.
