Honey Sriracha Brussels Sprouts

Instructions

Step 1
Rinse the Brussels sprouts, cut in halves, then dry with paper towels. Place in a medium bowl.
Step 2
Add the olive oil, and spices. Toss until the sprouts are coated well.
Step 3
Transfer the sprouts to the air fryer, positioning them on the rack cut side up.
Step 4
Without preheating, fry the sprouts at 380ºF for 8 minutes, then brush with a little bit of olive oil* then continue frying for another 8 minutes (16 minutes total), or until dark golden brown and crispy.
Step 5
Once the sprouts are done, transfer them to a serving platter, sprinkle with more seasoning and drizzle with honey sriracha
