Step 1
Add corn, melted butter and yogurt to a blender. Blend on high for 2 minutes or until all kernels have broken down.
Step 2
Pour muffin mix into a medium sized bowl. Add cayenne and mix thoroughly.
Step 3
Add your blended corn mixture and honey to the bowl.
Step 4
Mix until fully hydrated. Don’t overmix.
Step 5
Bake in a skillet or greased 8x8 pan for 55 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
