Cheesy Ham Casserole

Mix all ingredients except ½ cup cheese and croutons. Spoon in to 1 ½ quart casserole dish. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and croutons. Bake at 350 degrees, 30 minutes OR microwave on High for 8-10 minutes or until heated through.
