Ham and Broccoli Cheddar Noodle Casserole

Instructions

Step 1
Dice onion, shred cheese, thaw and chop broccoli (to quick thaw broccoli microwave for 3 minutes, or refrigerate overnight).
Step 2
Sautee onion in butter/oil until softened. Add in leftover ham, chopped broccoli, broth, milk, and gravy powder. Let thicken slightly then add in half of your cheese. Mix until all of the cheese is fully melted then stir in the remainder of the cheese. Set this mixture aside.
Step 3
Boil egg noodles for 5 minutes. Drain, mix with prepared cheese sauce, pour into a baking dish and top with crushed ritz, chips, or fried onions.
Step 4
Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes and enjoy!
