Mamaw’s Sausage Balls

For freezing – make all balls and place on a cookie sheet. Put into freezer until frozen, then bag up the balls so they don’t stick together. To heat from frozen – put as many balls as you need on a plate and microwave for about 1 minute on 50% power. Just enough to begin to soften them before baking.

Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 to 375 degrees.
Step 2
Mix all ingredients well. Start with 3 cups of cheese and add more if needed. Roll into balls about the size of a walnut.
Step 3
Bake until brown.
Step 4
You might want to turn balls over half way through cooking.
