Instructions
Step 1
Wash, peel and chop into cubes the quinces and apples.
Step 2
Warp the skin's into a muslin cloth.
Step 3
Add all the ingredients into a sauce pan and let it cook until it's transformed into a chutney.
Step 4
Remove the muslin cloth and cinnamon stick. And let it cool.
Step 5
Transfer the chutney into sterilised jars.
