Instructions

Step 1
Score the tomatoes then submerge them in simmering water and cook about two minutes . Remove them then peel the skins off and chop the tomatoes roughly

Add finely diced onion to a pan on medium heat with olive oil then fry two minutes . Now add the garam masala salt curry powder and mustard powder and fry 30 Seconds before adding the tomato paste and frying another minute

Step 3
Add in the tomatoes white wine vinegar lemon juice lemon zest brown sugar then stir and simmer on medium low heat for 25 minutes stirring occasionally . Once thickened serve immediately or store in sterilized jars and keep in the fridge for up to two months ! Enjoy !
