Instructions
Step 1
Heat pan to medium heat, add oil and then rice. Cook rice until a golden brown color.
Step 2
While rice is browning add tomatoes, onion, garlic and water to a blender. Blend until smooth.
Step 3
Add tomato mix and bullion into the browned rice and bring to a simmer
Step 4
Once the rice is simmering, cover with foil and then lid.
Step 5
After 2 minutes uncover the rice and stir. Recover with foil and lid and cook an additional 15 minutes.
